Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Diego, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
