Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Bright Birch Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
