Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Ashton Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
