Amberfield Birch Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
