Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Wren Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Diego working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
