Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
