Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Clear Banking Services is a regional lender in San Antonio with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
