Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
