Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Antonio, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
