Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Drift Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
