Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Oak Foods is a Sacramento food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
