Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wilder Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
