Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate North Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
