Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Fern Foods produces packaged foods at its Sacramento plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
