Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 775 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
