Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
