Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Oak Foods is a Rochester food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
