Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

Summit Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
