Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Rochester and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
