Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Richmond serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
