Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Summit Thistle Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 483 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
