Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Keystone Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
