Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
