Redstone Lakeside Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit.
