Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Forge Foods is a Richmond food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
