Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Richmond focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
