Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
