Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Nova Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Richmond serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
