Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
