Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Richmond producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
