Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Richmond with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
