Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
