Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Reno, NV)

Redstone Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Reno region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
