Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 373 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
