Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Vista Medical designs and makes medical devices in Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
