Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
