Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Amber Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
