Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Amberfield Basin Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
