Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
