Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
