Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Willow Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
