Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Harbor Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
