Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
