Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charleston region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
