Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
