Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods Group is a Spokane food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
