Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
