Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Philadelphia, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
