Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Mill Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
