Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Silverline Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Savannah region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 203 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
